Living/Dining Room
A comfortable sofa and armchair are positioned around a wood burning stove to provide a relaxing space for a cosy night in. A long dining table, with a bench on one side and five dining chairs, is set under beautiful beams in the alcove of the living room making the perfect setting for a lovely meal with your party.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a French window at one end, and a stable door at the other opening onto quaint ‘Needles Passage’. Fully equipped with a new duel fuel oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and lovely Belfast sink, eating in on your holiday is sure to be an enjoyable experience.

Mezzanine
Stairs from the kitchen lead up to a mezzanine area, a lovely wooden-floored space, perfect as an area to escape to for a quiet read of a book. French doors on the mezzanine open out onto a small roof space.

Laundry Room/Toilet
The downstairs toilet has a washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Games Room
The games room, equipped with a 6ft pool table (that adapts to a table tennis table), a TV for watching DVDs and playing on the Wii, a sofa and a couple of beanbags provides a fun space for adults and children alike. We have provided a large selection of DVDs for you to watch, and a number of board games for all ages. There is also some beach equipment that you are welcome to borrow for your trips to the local beaches.
